What is my order status?

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFT, Bank Transfer, ATM Deposit, Discover, American Express and check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. Why are you not accepting my credit card?

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery varies but usually takes from 48 hours for your to be shipped, but you will receive an estimated delivery date in your email.

Do you accept Returns and Cancellations?

We accept returns within 7 days after you receive your order, check the returns policy for more information on items that can be returned. We do not accept cancellations on confirmed orders.

How will i get my money ?

Money will be sent back to you the same way you made the payment.

How do i return a Product?

You return a product the same way you received it and the charge will on you, or you can email returns@twz.co.za.
